An Arcadia man has been arrested for allegedly assaulting another man and stealing the shoes he was wearing.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the alleged incident happened back in October when 26-year-old Michael Gilpin allegedly got into an argument with the man over his relationship with Gilpin’s ex-girlfriend.
Gilpin was charged with assault and robbery and was sent to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
