Three spots are up for grabs this May for Auburn Enlarged City School District’s Board of Education and only three people will be running for them, meaning uncontested elections.
Incumbents CJ Calarco and Doctor Eli Hernandez filed petitions for reelection before Wednesday’s 5:00p filing deadline.
Freddie Wilson III is the newcomer who also filed by the deadline. He is a restorative case worker at Cayuga Centers.
District residents will vote on both the school budget and board members May 16th.
You can find more info on the budget as well as each of the candidates on the school district’s website.
