A video on social media has sparked an investigation at Auburn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
The video allegedly shows a nurse falling asleep while standing at work at the facility. The state’s Department of Health is investigating the incident. An internal investigation by the facility is also taking place.
The video was posted to Facebook by a nursing assistant at the center.
