In 2021, Torey Mathis was murdered in his apartment on state Route 31 in Arcadia. On Wednesday, police arrested the man they believe committed the crime.
48-year-old Michael Robinson, of Newark, was indicted this week by a Wayne County Grand Jury on two counts of second-degree murder and a single count of robbery.
Robinson was taken into custody on Wednesday and sent to the Wayne County Jail to appear in court next week.
