State Police Arrest Lyons Man on Arson Charge

State Police say their investigation into a suspicious garage fire last month in Wayne County has led to the arrest of a Lyons man.

49-year-old Christopher Cartwright is charged with felony arson in connection to the February 9th fire at a residence at 96 William Street in Lyons. Investigators deemed the garage to be a total loss as a result of the fire.

Cartwright was sent to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
