A Heat Advisory has just been issued for Wayne, Northern Cayuga, Livingston, and Ontario counties from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday. Heat index values will reach the mid-90s, combining high temperatures with humidity that'll make it feel significantly hotter than the actual air temperature.
