  • The city has reached an out-of-court settlement with Auto Zone over its property assessment.
  • The city awarded a contract for engineering services for the Burgess St. culvert project.
  • The Auburn Police Department and Cayuga County DA’s office will use money from the Gun Involved Violence Elimination (GIVE) program for what is called Problem Oriented Policing.
  • Auburn is one of five central NY communities designated as Pro-Housing communities by the state. That will allow the city to apply for $1.5 million in grant funding for housing-related projects.
  • Tomorrow is the Saturday Market at the Equal Rights Heritage Center.
