An 18-year-old remains in critical condition at Upstate Medical Center after being after being struck by a vehicle on the Onondaga Lake Parkway on Sunday night.
According to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office, Fabrisi Wakunda of Syracuse was struck by a vehicle at approximately 9:45p.
The driver remained on the scene and called 911. No tickets have been issued at this time.
