The Greece Police Department is investigating a robbery that occurred at Dubai Jewelry, located inside the Greece Ridge Center Mall, on Monday night.

Approximately $90,000 of jewelry was stolen, and display cases were damaged by an additional $3,000.

During the incident, a Wilmorite Security officer confronted the suspects but was threatened with a baseball bat. As the suspects fled through the food court toward the exit, another Wilmorite Security officer narrowly avoided being struck by a baseball bat thrown by one of the suspects.

The suspects fled the scene in a dark Chevrolet Malibu that was later located unoccupied on Lang Street by the Rochester Police Department.
