The Great New York State Fair has the perfect opportunity for companies that are interested in celebrating their special occasion with a day at The Fair through its Corporate Outings Program. Whether organizing a family-friendly summer picnic, celebrating a milestone, or looking for a fun way to enhance employee team building, companies can leave the planning to State Fair event hosts and enjoy all that the Fair has to offer in 2025.

The Corporate Outings Program provides guests with a $1,000 credit to be used for admission and parking and the flexibility to choose from full-day access or half-day packages between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. In addition, they will have exclusive access to more than 5,000 square feet of premier event space at The Exposition Center, The Fair’s newest and largest venue, providing a private location for employees to gather for meals, meetings, celebrations, and more. It also includes access for employees to enjoy the unique exhibits in The Expo Center one hour before the building opens to fairgoers.

Packages can be tailored to the company’s requests and offer additional options for food and/or catering as well as Midway ride tickets.

“Our Corporate Outings Program is a unique experience that provides businesses with an opportunity to connect with employees and their families while enjoying world-class entertainment, outstanding food and beverage options, and family-fun,” said Fair Director Julie LaFave. “Our team here at The Fair will handle planning your event so you can focus on making great memories and enjoying all that The Great New York State Fair has to offer.”
