A Southern Tier man could face the next decade behind bars after admitting he subjected an underage child to participate in oral sex with another man.
Joseph Storch was sentenced in Chemung County Court to three-and-a-half to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to a felony charge of use of a child in a sexual performance. Storch, who lived in the town of Veteran, admitted to authorizing a 14-year-old girl to have oral sex with 68-year-old Edward Wheaton.
The Elmira man was sentenced this summer to 15 years to life in prison.
