New York State Police have arrested Robert Dunn, 48, of Millport, in connection with an ongoing investigation into sexual misconduct involving a minor.
Dunn faces charges of second-degree rape (D felony) and second-degree sexual abuse (A misdemeanor). Authorities say he is accused of engaging in a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old victim.
He was processed at SP Horseheads without incident and arraigned in the Town of Veteran Court. Dunn was remanded to the Chemung County Jail on $50,000 bail/$100,000 bond.
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with additional information to come forward.
