A snowplow truck slid off the road and crashed into a home early Wednesday morning in Mount Upton.
New York State Police say the crash happened around 4:37 a.m. on County Road 37. Troopers say a Chenango County Highway Department plow was heading west while salting the road when it lost traction on a hill due to slick conditions.
The truck slid backward down the hill as the driver tried to regain control, hitting a trailer, a fence, and a road sign before striking a house.
No injuries were reported.
