An Oswego teacher has been arrested for stealing over three thousand dollars from CiTi BOCES.
According to State Police, 72-year-old William Fisher of Fulton was arrested Wednesday and charged with five felony counts after allegedly receiving just over $4,409 due to falsifying timesheets between January and September of 2022. As part of his job, he was required to meet with students for tutoring sessions, however, he did not do so but still submitted timesheets saying he had.
