A northern Onondaga County man was arrested by State Police on Monday for allegedly possessing illegal firearms.
A search warrant was executed at Mario Grgic’s home on Cicero found him to be in possession of the following:
80 illegal high-capacity feeding devices (Magazines)
14 illegal “Ghost Gun” frames
8 illegal semi-auto “Ghost Handguns”
2 illegal semi-auto “Ghost Assault Weapons”
1 Tactical Shotgun
1 Tactical .308
Multiple illegal trigger assemblies
Illegal Ammunition – “Dragons Breath” – 12-gauge explosive rounds
Grgic was charged with 41 misdemeanors and 98 felonies:
10 counts of 265.01 (9) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th – Ghost Gun – A Misdemeanor
14 counts of 265.01 (10) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th – Unfinished Frame – A Misdemeanor
1 count of 265.04 (2) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 1st – 10 or more firearms – B Felony
2 counts of 265.03 (02) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd – 5 or more – C Felony
10 counts of 265.01-B(1) Criminal Possession of a Firearm – E Felony
2 counts of 265.02 (7) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – Assault Weapon – D Felony
80 counts of 265.02 (8) Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – Ammo Clip – D Felony

Grgic was arraigned and remanded to the Onondaga County jail without bail. This investigation was a multi-state investigation conducted by the New York State Police and The Federal Bureau of Investigations – Syracuse Field Office.
