State Police are investigating a fatal accident that happened in the town of Horseheads Monday morning.
A preliminary investigation revealed a 2004 Toyota Camry was being driven south on Lattabrook Road just before 7 o’clock when it went off the road and rolled over multiple times.
The driver, an unidentified 56-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
