One woman is dead following a Monday fatal car accident in Baldwinsville.
According to State Police, the incident happened around 5:30p when 63-year-old Richard Austin was leaving the Dunkin parking lot and attempting to turn left onto Lock Street; he allegedly failed to yield the right of way and struck 84-year-old Deborah Irwin.
Irwin was taken to Upstate Hospital, where she succumbed to her injuries on Tuesday.
Police added that Austin remained on scene and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation.
