In response to recent U.S. military operations in Iran, the New York State Police are taking precautionary measures to protect communities across the state.
Troopers have increased their presence at religious, diplomatic, and cultural sites, working closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement partners. The state police have also begun proactive outreach to religious organizations to ensure they have support and direct points of contact.
Officials emphasize that there are currently no specific or credible threats to New York, but law enforcement continues to monitor the situation closely and is prepared to respond if needed.
