A Niagara Falls man has pled guilty to methamphetamine distribution.
According to the US Attorney’s Office, investigators conducted controlled purchases of methamphetamine on March 7 and March 12 from Asaad Rivers in Niagara Falls.
A search warrant executed at the 36-year-old’s residence on March 26 seized a .22 caliber rifle and ammunition along with 12 oz of suspected meth and eight grams of suspected crack cocaine.
When sentenced, Rivers faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Sentencing will be scheduled at a later date.
