As the Labor Day holiday weekend approaches, the national average price for gasoline is inching upward. AAA expects it to be a busy weekend on the roads with travelers squeezing in those final summer road trips. Local hot spots in New York include Saratoga, the Finger Lakes, and the Adirondacks.
