The Northeast’s premier farm show, the New York Farm Show, returns to the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse next month. The three-day show, February 22-24, will feature the latest in farm equipment, farm supplies and services, along with dairy, beef production and related industry supplies.

“We’re gearing up to showcase over 40 new groundbreaking agricultural products and technologies at the show,” said show manager Scott Grigor. “This year’s event will feature over 400 companies and organizations, including 27 new exhibitors.”

Co-presented by Farm Progress’ American Agriculturist and the Northeast Equipment Dealers Association, the New York Farm Show has been leading the Northeast since 1985 as the region’s largest indoor farm equipment show. Among the standout products being launched at the show are state-of-the-art sprayer drones, innovative feed storage solutions and a new manure spreader with patented flighting technology.

Chris Torres, editor of American Agriculturist, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “The New York Farm Show is the must-attend event for farmers, producers and agricultural professionals in the northeast. Attendees will find the newest and most cutting-edge innovations in the industry, reinforcing our commitment to driving agricultural progress.”

This year’s show will provide some unique opportunities. Educational seminars on forestry and beef cattle promise to be a huge draw for attendees this year. Expect virtual farm tours, in-person presentations and live cattle displays. Visitors can take part in the annual toy auction on Feb. 23, a fun and engaging event that also contributes to an FFA scholarship fund for students aspiring to enter the field of agriculture.

Tickets are available for free if requested by Feb. 15 from your Northeast Equipment Dealers Association member or by writing to New York Farm Show, P.O. Box 3470, Syracuse, 13220. Include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your request. Tickets are $5 at the venue.
