New Details Emerge in Death of Genesee County Sgt. Death

We learned new details on Tuesday on what led to the weekend death of a Genesee County Sheriff’s Department Sergeant at Batavia Downs.

According to the felony complaint, Michael Elmore, and Lindsay Wilcox, both of Batavia, were kicked out of the casino early Sunday morning for fighting and had been escorted out by Sgt.
