A Massachusetts man was killed in a snowmobile accident over the weekend in Lewis County.
State Police say 33-year-old Richard Mangiardi, Junior, was snowmobiling with family and friends on a trail in the town of Montague when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the trail and struck a tree. Mangiardi suffered a traumatic head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident just before three Saturday morning.
