New York State Police in Homer have arrested 22-year-old Logan Boliver of Fayetteville on charges stemming from an investigation involving a child victim.
Troopers say Boliver is charged with second-degree rape, a class D felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
The investigation began in November and determined that Boliver allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 15. He was transported to the Cortland County Jail for centralized arraignment.
