An 18-month investigation into allegations of missing funds from Central New York Premier Soccer Club resulted in this week’s arrest of its president.
State Police say the investigation began in January of 2023 after paying Club members received notifications the company went bankrupt. The investigation determined Paul Palucci made numerous fraudulent charges using Club accounts that totaled over $50,000.
The 36-year-old Cicero man is also accused of changing the club’s bylaws for his benefit, resulting in false entries being made into business records.
Palucci was charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records, both felonies.
