A Central New York man has been charged in connection with the death of his child.
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office reports it arrested Joshua Emmons on Tuesday on charges of manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child.
Rykelan Brown, of Dewitt, was taken to the hospital on May 26th after 911 received a call that the 4-month-old had fallen. Rykelan Brown passed away three days later.
Emmons is scheduled to be arraigned today.
