A Central New York contractor has been arrested on felony grand larceny charges.
On October 10th, State Police received a complaint from an Onondaga County resident advising a contractor had taken a more than $5,000 deposit but failed to start the work in August. Dakota Smith is accused of failing to start the project or return the victim’s money. The 29-year-old Liverpool man was sent to Onondaga County Jail without bail.
