With donations dropping while need increases, the Red Cross needs help to avert a blood shortage.
As an incentive to donate, those giving blood by August 12th will be entered for a three-night vacation in New York City complete with a shark diving adventure to tie in with the theatrical release of Meg 2: The Trench. Donors will also get a $10 e-gift card to a movie merchant of their choice.
The Red Cross is in special need of type O negative, O positive, and B negative blood donors.
