State Police arrested an Albany man for impersonating one of them.
Troopers say 22-year-old Keshawn Bacchus contacted a business in Colonie, New York, by phone and email and accused a person who worked there of a crime. During the conversations, Bacchus apparently identified himself as a State Trooper and impersonated a law enforcement officer.
Bachus now faces charges of criminal impersonation, aggravated harassment, and falsely reporting a crime.
