Four people were taken to the hospital after a two vehicle crash Sunday afternoon in Oswego County.
According to State Police, around 3:45p, 20-year old Nathanial Hunter of Brownville was travelling northbound in a Mitsubishi Lancer on State Route 3 in the Town of Richland at a high rate of speed, passing several vehicles in a no passing zone.
He then struck 64-year old Rodney West of Oswego, causing his Chevy Prizm to go off the road and strike a telephone pole.
West and three passengers, ages 18, 17, and 14, were taken to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse for non-life-threatening injuries. Hunter was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
