The investigation into a reported domestic incident in Yates County Friday night resulted in the arrest of a town of Italy woman.
It is alleged Michelle Staccone had subjected multiple people to unwanted physical contact in the presence of children during an alleged altercation. Staccone was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment.
Staccone was brought to the Yates County Public Safety building following her arrest to await arraignment in CAP Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
