A Canandaigua man has been arrested for allegedly driving while impaired by drugs with a child in the car.
Richard Fry, Junior’s arrest stems from a February 12th traffic stop in Yates County that turned into a DWI investigation. Fry was stopped that afternoon on State Route 245 in the town of Italy.
The 29-year-old is facing charges of DWI/Child in a Vehicle and DWI Driving While Impaired.
