A Yates County man was arrested by the Sheriff’s Department on an arrest warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
The warrant for 32-year-old Joshua Roth’s arrest was for charges of criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
The Dresden man was being held at the Yates County Jail for CAP Court arraignment.
