The Yates County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 31-year-old Dundee man on a summons issued out of Starkey Town Court.
Joshua Lafler was charged with harassment for an incident that happened on December 9th where he allegedly subjected another Dundee resident to unwanted physical contact.
Lafler is due to appear in Starkey Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
