Yates County Man Accused of Exposing Himself to a Child

Police have arrested a Yates County man for allegedly exposing himself to a child under the age of 17.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, there was no legitimate purpose for Judson Durham to allegedly commit such an act.  The 58-year-old Branchport man was charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Following his arraignment, Durham was released on an appearance ticket.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
