Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say 18-year-old Rider Ludrowsky of Morgantown, West Virginia, was arrested after a motor vehicle crash.
Deputies responded to a report of a crash with airbag deployment on November 1st and found that Ludrowsky’s vehicle had left the road, entered a driveway, and struck one vehicle, which then collided with two other vehicles.
Investigators determined Ludrowsky was driving while intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, unsafe lane change, driving left of pavement markings, possession of alcohol in the vehicle, and speeding.
Both Ludrowsky and a passenger were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries by the Canandaigua Emergency Squad.
Ludrowsky is scheduled to appear in Town of Bloomfield Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
