A motorist spotted by police driving on the wrong side of the road in the village of Penn Yan was arrested following a traffic stop.
While speaking with Stacy Stoddard, officers say they observed signs of intoxication. She was placed through standardized field sobriety tests, which she subsequently failed. Stoddard was placed under arrest and transported to the Yates County Jail where she did submit to a chemical test.
Stoddard was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges of DWI Common Law, DWI .08 or higher, and three counts of failure to keep right
