A Wolcott man was arrested Thursday on a Wayne County Family Court Arrest Warrant.
40-year-old Daniel Houghtaling was stopped by State Police in Cortland County, where it was discovered there was an active warrant for his arrest.
Houghtaling was turned to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department and taken to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
