A Wolcott man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on unauthorized use of a motor vehicle charge.
Deputies were dispatched to the area of South Butler Conquest Road in the town of Savannah on October 19th and located an abandoned car that was involved in a crash. The registered owner of the car contacted the sheriff’s office and confirmed the car had been taken by Thomas Kirsch without his permission.
Kirsch was arrested on October 28th and was brought to Wayne County CAP Court where he was released on an appearance ticket.
