A Wayne County man was arrested early Wednesday morning following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Wolcott.
33-year-old Nathaniel Flynn, of Wolcott, was allegedly involved in a physical altercation with a woman during which he allegedly struck the woman which resulted in physical injury. Flynn was brought to Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
Flynn was sent to appear in Wolcott Town Court at a later date for a further court appearance.
