A Williamson woman arrested earlier this week on robbery charges was arrested Thursday on a charge of criminal mischief.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said back in early January Layne Dagata destroyed the back windshield of a car belonging to an acquaintance. She was reportedly upset after she was unable to retrieve her personal belongings. Deputies received information on Thursday that Dagata was staying at an address on Ridge Road in Sodus where she was taken into custody.
Dagata was brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and was released on an appearance ticket for Williamson Town Court.
