A vehicle and traffic complaint in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Williamson woman.
It is alleged that Tonya Rothenburgh left her home driving a car in an intoxicated state. Deputies located her vehicle at the Speedway in Williamson and upon further investigation determined she was driving drunk. Rothenburgh was arrested and brought to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where she voluntarily submitted to a chemical test, which determined her BAC to be .12 percent.
Rothenburgh was released on an appearance ticket to answer charges of driving while intoxicated, and driving while intoxicated while having a BACA of .08% or greater.
