The investigation into a property damage accident in Wayne County Thursday resulted in the arrest of a Williamson man.
It is alleged that 37-year-old Caleb Oneil crashed the car he was driving into a parked car while under the influence of alcohol.
Oneil was charged with driving while intoxicated, operating with a Blood Alcohol Content above 0.08%, failure to keep right, and other traffic and vehicle charges.
Oneil was released on an appearance ticket for Walworth Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
