A Wayne County man was arrested Tuesday following a warrant investigation.
The warrant was issued for James Gizzarelli, who allegedly failed to appear on several court appearances for charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to use a turn signal.
The Williamson man was arrested and arraigned at CAP Court, held on bail, and scheduled to return to Williamson Town Court at a later date.
