The investigation into a pick-up truck and enclosed trailer found in a ditch in Wayne County resulted in the arrest of a Williamson man.
An investigation determined that 25-year-old Benjamin Henner allegedly drove off the road and got stuck in the ditch. Following roadside standardized field sobriety tests, Henner was taken into police custody. His Blood Alcohol Content was confirmed to be at .15-percent following a breath sample.
Henner was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with .08% of one percent or more of alcohol, and failure to keep right and will appear in Williamson Town Court next week to answer the charge.
