A DWI arrest Thursday night in Wayne County.
38-year-old Gregory Guilfoil allegedly stopped his car on the road shortly before 11 p.m. and asked for deputies’ assistance. During their investigation, deputies determined the Williamson man was in a state of intoxication. He submitted to field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for driving while intoxicated. Guilfoil was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where a breath sample was secured showing a .06 of 1% blood alcohol content.
Guilfoil was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date.
