A domestic incident in the town of Williamson on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of a 57-year-old Williamson man.
It is alleged that Roger Cooney was in the presence of a protected party who had a full stay-away order of protection in place, which the suspect was aware of.
Cooney was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
