A Wayne County man was arrested Sunday morning following the report of a disturbance that occurred in the town of Williamson.
30-year-old Malachi Bovee, of Williamson, is accused of entering the Brockhuizen Inn knowing that he is banned from being on the property. After entering the building, Bovee allegedly kicked an apartment door causing damage. Bovee was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief, and burglary.
Bovee was brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
