The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a West Bloomfield man early Monday morning following an incident involving two minors.
Deputies say 27-year-old Krystofer Garrison, of a residence on State Route 5 and 20 in Bloomfield, was taken into custody after an incident inside a home where two children under the age of 17 were present.
Garrison was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he is being held pending arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
