A Wellsville man is in Yates County Jail awaiting arraignment after being arrested on a warrant issued by Penn Yan Village Court.
The warrant for Nicholas Mediak’s arrest stems from his alleged failure to appear in court on several dates in 2022. Additionally, Mediak was charged with bailing jumping for failing to appear in court.
Mediak was located in Wellsville by Wellsville Police and was taken into custody before being transported to Penn Yan.
